Before granting business permit renewals, establishments should be required to present the following issuances from the Department of Energy, as applicable:
1. LICENSE TO OPERATE (LTO) for LPG Refilling Plants, Auto-LPG Dispensing Stations, LPG Dealers and LPG Retailers;
2. CERTIFICATE of REGISTRATION (CoR) for LPG Bulk Consumers;
3. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE (COC) for Liquid Fuel Retail Outlets (commonly referred to as “gasoline stations”); and
4. CERTIFICATE OF NON-COVERAGE (CNC) for own-use Liquid Fuels Dispensing Station.
